What to send
Send your questionnaire and any required formats (spreadsheet, portal link, or PDF). Include your timeline and the scope of your review.
  • Email: security@workplace.io
  • Recommended: include your company name, primary contact, and target completion date.
  • Scope: note whether you will connect Slack and/or Microsoft Teams and whether SSO will be used.
What we typically provide
  • Trust Center documentation (security overview, encryption, access controls, logging/monitoring, incident response).
  • Subprocessor list and architecture summary (DigitalOcean hosting, AWS SageMaker inference).
  • CAIQ-aligned responses upon request.
  • Roadmap status for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 (not attested/certified yet).

How we handle proprietary details
We support due diligence without exposing proprietary analytics details. We can describe controls, data handling, and operational practices at the level needed for risk review, while keeping model architecture, training data, and internal taxonomy confidential.
